Job Description :
HCLTech’ Digital Business Services is looking for experienced Transition Management Office Person for its Transition Centre of Excellence (CoE). The Transition CoE is a global team of high performing transition experts who are responsible for the full lifecycle of a customer journey from RFPs to Transition executions. Transition Management Office Person should have Basic knowledge, expertise, and experience of working in global application transition programs in complex and challenging environments. Transition Management Office Person are responsible for supporting the end-to-end transition solutions. They will be required to support small to medium transitions. Additional responsibility includes working on various initiatives with respect to enhancing the framework, automation and CoE libraries.
Roles and Responsibilities :
A. Transition Solution :
Overall responsibility to support Transition Managers, customize and ‘fit for purpose’ transition solution and sizing for various RFPsSupport HCLTech’s transition framework, tools & accelerators are followedHelp Create week-on-week transition ramp-up and provide complete inputs for transition budgets based on CoE’s cost and effort modelsParticipate in internal reviews to get the transition solution readySupport the creation of transition related content and presentations for clients bid defenseSupport in due-diligence exercisesB. Transition Executions :
Support Transition Managers in management, performance, and execution of the Transition ProgramSupport standard CoE methodology, deliverables and approach is followed for transition executionMonitor progress of transition plan and the associated tasks and responsibilities (with respect to responsibility of HCL or client or incumbent supplier) against the transition schedule, timelines and milestonesTake Minutes for transition cadence meetingsSupport Transition Managers Identify, monitor and manage any risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register and take appropriate preventive and corrective measuresHelp Transition Managers in ensuring Critical Milestones and deliverables are identified and completed on timeMonitor, track and report against the transition resource ramp-up planWork with various cross functional track leads for the successful execution of program / towerSupport in tracking program / tower level issues with delivery teams and client stakeholdersSupport transition closure activities as per the CoE frameworkC. Transition CoE Initiatives :
Participate in the CoE initiatives to enhance transition framework, accelerators, libraries, tools and templatesSupport in preparation of content for analyst meets and other CoE initiatives aimed at increasing the internal and external visibilityMust-have Competencies
Demonstrate good project management skills and experience of working on at least 1 application transition projectsLogical mindset and ability to learnExperience with Office Suits (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Teams)Must have a collaborative mindset and develop amicable working relationships with teamsPossess effective written, oral communication and presentation skillsThe ideal candidate should have :
Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 1 years of transition experienceEducational Qualifications – MBAScrum / Agile / PMP / ITIL / Six Sigma certification (Good to have)Regards,
