Responsibilities :
- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive business operations policies and procedure documents for US Healthcare processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and clarity in documentation.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect process changes and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all documents follow organizational standards for format, style, and quality.
- Support training and operational teams by providing clear and concise procedural guides.
- Maintain version control and proper documentation storage for audit and reference purposes.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and streamline knowledge sharing.
Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, specializing in business operations policies and procedures for the US Healthcare domain
Qualification : Graduate (Any discipline)
