Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise solutions.

Proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow implementations in Agile / Scrum environments.

Core Expertise

ITSM : Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management

ITOM : Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping

HRSD : Employee Center, Lifecycle Events

Finance Operations : Procurement, Budgeting workflows

GRC : Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit

Technical Skills

Languages & Scripting : JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS
