Role - Customer Care Support
Qualification : B.Sc (Agri) / ABM (Agriculture Business Management)
Experience : 1-2 years
Preferred Industry : Agro Chemical / Agriculture Input Industry
Job Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities :
- Attend incoming calls and manage customer queries from farmers, dealers, and distributors.
- Provide timely solutions and technical support related to products, crops, pest management, and field issues.
- Prepare, review, and manage marketing and technical content as required.
- Assist the Marketing Manager by creating relevant content for social media platforms.
- Manage and update technical content on the company website.
- Maintain customer data and prepare reports using MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical) to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- Understand crop patterns, agronomy practices, and regional crop-related needs to guide customers effectively.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong communication skills in English, Gujarati, and HindiGood written communication and documentation ability
