Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to loan products and services.
- Provide accurate and clear information about various loan schemes, eligibility, and application processes.
- Process loan applications efficiently and ensure timely follow-up for approval and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly loan sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and loan transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in any field (Finance or related field preferred).1–2 years of experience as a Tele Caller, Loan Officer, or in a similar customer service or sales role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in computer applications, CRM systems, and data entry tools.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and commitment to achieving goals.Skills Required
