SAP Program Manager :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and management of SAP S / 4HANA on RISE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP program delivery, large-scale transformation initiatives, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

This role requires expertise in program governance, risk management, and driving value realization through SAP RISE deployments.

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S / 4HANA on RISE transformation program.
• Define program objectives, success metrics, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee functional, technical, integration, and data migration workstreams.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and RISE best practices.
• Manage program governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive business process transformation leveraging S / 4HANA capabilities.
• Act as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across business, IT, and vendor partners.
• Provide regular updates to steering committees and executive leadership.
• Ensure effective change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
