Business Analyst

Position : Business Analyst.

Job Type : Full Time Employment.

Type of Work : Work from Home (WFH).

Base Company Location for Remote Work : Bengaluru , Hours : 6 : 30 pm to 3 : 30 am IST (India Standard Time).

Description :

• Business Analyst must have over 10 years of experience preferably in a technology or software development environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management techniques, such as user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools, such as Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
