Job descriptionIdentify business requirements and analyze processes to determine automation opportunities. Document and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Propose and design automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Test and review implemented solutions to ensure they meet business needs and compliance standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in business process modeling and improvement. Ability to gather and document precise requirements. Knowledge of RPA tools (UI Path) and technologies. Knowledge of insurance industry processes. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Understanding of project management principles. Strong stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with RPA, AI and API concepts. Experience with process mining tools. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
Job Title : Mid & Senior UiPath Business Analyst
Experience : Mid 5+ & Senior 7+
Location : Bangalore, India (Hybrid - 3 days in a week onsite)
Shift : This will be rotational shift (UK Timings and India timings)
Interview Process : Total 3 rounds (At least 1 interview with be F2F)
- Must have Insurance domain experience
