Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, ShopDeck is a fast-growing D2C enablement platform helping e-commerce merchants launch and scale their own online storefronts profitably.
We are backed by Bessemer Venture Partners (who famously led Shopifys Series A in 2010), along with Elevation Capital, General Catalyst (formerly Venture Highway), and Chiratae Ventures. We recently raised our Series B round, and are currently operating at an ARR of ~$5.5M.
ShopDeck is democratizing D2C in India by making it as simple as selling on marketplaces. Our platform combines software and services to support every aspect of a merchants business including storefront management, pricing, shipping, and marketing all with a single focus : maximizing profitability.

- Build dashboards and models to flag growth blockers or opportunities in real-time.
- Partner with growth consulting team to identify and recommend pricing, channel, and performance marketing levers.
- Own key internal benchmarks, playbooks, and frameworks that drive performance across teams.
- Audit and standardize growth strategies across verticals to ensure repeatability and scale.
- Spot trends across top-performing brands and translate them into actionable SOPs.
- Design and evaluate experiments (pricing tests, ad changes, bundling offers, etc.).
- Translate data into clear business narratives that inform leadership decisions.
- Work with product and tech teams to automate recurring insights and intervention triggers.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to align on KPIs and feedback loops.
- Act as the voice of data in cross-functional discussions.
Qualifications :
- 1+ Years of relevant experience in BA (Start exp preferred)
