We are looking for an experienced QC Analyst (Quality Checker) to join our Customer Support project.
This role involves reviewing call recordings, evaluating communication standards, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For,
Experience in Quality Checking / Quality Monitoring in a BPO or Customer Support voice process
Strong ability to understand multiple global accents (Indian, APAC)
Excellent listening skills and analytical mindset
Strong written English skills for reports, comments, and documentation
Ability to evaluate soft skills (tone, empathy, politeness, call flow)
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and SLAs
High attention to detail and accuracy
