Job Title : Warehouse Management System (WMS) Support Analyst

Experience : 2–4 Years

Location : Remote

Shifts : 24

7 Rotational Shift (No Night Shift)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WMS Support Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in providing application support for Warehouse Management Systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in monitoring any WMS applications, understanding system flows between WMS and WCS, and resolving operational issues following defined SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and operational support for supply chain systems, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in supply chain software and processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and configure supply chain solutions.

Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to enhance supply chain processes.

Assist in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support decision-making and optimize supply chain workflows.

Test and validate system upgrades, patches, and new features to ensure seamless integration.

Document standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices for technical processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong understanding of supply chain concepts such as procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or supply chain software is preferred.

Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Basic knowledge of coding, system configuration, or database management is a plus.
