Job descriptionMap and optimize the customer journey across awareness, inquiry, and conversion stages. Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and close feedback loops. Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to boost conversions. Lead SEO, UX, and CRO initiatives to enhance digital performance and lead flow. Work with agencies and internal teams to optimize website content, design, and CTAs. Build dashboards and analytics reports to track funnel performance and insights. Manage relationships with event aggregator platforms and digital marketplaces. Identify new digital channels and technologies to expand lead-generation opportunities. Own the content calendar and page management for Catering Collective’s LinkedIn presence. Create engaging brand storytelling, thought-leadership, and event showcase content. Drive B2B awareness and engagement through strategic LinkedIn campaigns. Define and monitor KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI, funnel velocity). Build performance dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or demand generation. Proven track record in managing multi-channel digital campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels. Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Experience in the hospitality, events, or lifestyle industry preferred. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Display, Meta, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for weddings, social catering, and venue bookings.
- Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI.
- Develop A / B testing strategies to enhance CTR, conversion rate, and CPA.
