Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The Executive Assistant will handle executive administrative assistance, diary management, and communication tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing schedules, close co-ordination with Offices globally, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and providing executive support.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
• Administrative Assistance and Diary Management skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and other softwares, Expert hands on AI
• Experience working in the Engineering Project industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
