Responsibilities :
- Perform system and requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing .
- Estimate efforts using the Waterfall Method and review design and code .
- Provide support for SIT and UAT testing .
- Deploy projects to production environments .
- Handle 24x7 on-call production support .
- Support non-production environment batch cycles .
- Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for new team members.
Mandatory Skills & Experience :
8+ years of experience in IT support and operations.Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, XCOM, SFTP, and job scheduling .Strong understanding of networking concepts .Knowledge of Azure Cloud and its applications.Ability to troubleshoot file transfer failures and process failed files before the cutoff time.Maintain documentation for production issues, run-books, and operational best practices.Proficiency in SQL databases .Experience handling conference bridges during critical production downtimes (P1 & P2 incidents) .Strong communication skills ( verbal and written ), proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.Solid understanding of ITIL processes .Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively .Team player with flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if required .Nice-to-Have Skills :
