[Urgent Search] Company Secretary

Job Summary

Varthana is looking for a Company Secretary who will be ensuring that the company is performing in adherence to legal standards and policies. The incumbent will be enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business and also ensure company compliance. The candidate will also be coordinating with the Board of Directors, shareholders, government and regulatory authorities, and all other stakeholders

Key Role Deliverables

• Drafting and maintaining minutes, notices, board reports, annual returns, director declarations, statutory records, and agreements, and filing periodic & event-based e - forms
• Filing with RBI of numerous forms, including FIRC, FC-GPR, Annual Return, FC TRS, and other event-based forms
• Coordinating with the RBI's Foreign Exchange Department and Department of Non-Banking Supervision (DNBS) for the filing of event-based forms based on the size of the Company and other ancillary considerations, if necessary
• Obtaining CA and CS certificates, updating Bank Authorized Signatories, if necessary, filing IRDA filings, Central KYC Registration & Filing, FIU-IND filings, Annual Forms for LLPs, and other LLP compliance
• Completing the SARFESI Registration and any other ancillary tasks that may be assigned throughout the financial year
• Maintaining solid relationships with various stakeholders, dealing with external and internal auditors
