People & Talent Associate - (Founder’s Office)

Galvanize Global Education is reinventing Admissions Services to Top Universities Globally and Test Prep with generative AI. We’re hiring our Full-Time People & Talent Associate to help us scale. In this role, you’ll source top tech & growth talent , run quarterly review cycles , and launch bite-sized L&D sprints . You’ll work directly with the CEO, gain end-to-end business exposure, and fast-track to a People Manager role within 24 months.

Requirements

What you’ll do :

• Hire 10 - 15 A-players per year across engineering, product, marketing, sales, and academics through data-driven sourcing and ATS workflows.
• Run quarterly performance management (OKRs, 360° feedback, calibration).
• Design and launch L&D sprints - micro-courses, peer learning, and GenAI workshops - measured by skill uplift and adoption.
• Drive engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition rituals.
