OBJECTIVE : To develop and strengthen client relationship in Digital / Tech sector. Responsible for origination, co-ordination and execution of various types of Investment Banking deals.
ELIGIBILITY :
Years of Experience - : 5-10+ years
Educational Qualification - : MBA from a Tier 1 institute or CA (1st Attempt)
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
- Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface (Sectors - Technology Products)
- Focusing on core technology product companies (primarily domestic)
- Having good grasp on latest technology product trends and offerings in the market
- Be a part of end-to-end deal making cycle for multiple sell-side / buy side mandates
- To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)
- Directs the implementation of proposed solutions to the clients
- Strengthen firms' relationship at Senior Management level with the existing clients
- Managing Client relationships along with the lead, assisting in identification of business opportunities
- Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a merger
