Peoplesoft Principal Consultant / Architect

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

PeopleSoft Functional Architect (12+ years of experience)

The PeopleSoft Functional Architect should

• Possess extensive expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS / FSCM / CS modules and associated business processes.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes, with the ability to guide clients throughout the entire systems development lifecycle.
• Have a proven track record in implementing, upgrading, and providing support for PeopleSoft HCM / FSCM / CS.
• Have strong knowledge of integrating PeopleSoft HCM / FSCM / CS modules with different applications.
• Be highly experienced in all project phases, including fit / gap analysis, configuration, and testing.

Responsibilities :

PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (8+ years of experience)

PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultants (experience in at least 2 of the below suites)

The PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant would be responsible to d esign, develop, test, deploy, and support PeopleSoft customizations, integrations, and reports using PeopleTools, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment to Oracle / enterprise standards.
