Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware / software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions / vendors / brands. Work includes L1 and L2 / basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary : As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of configured services across multiple platforms, and providing both remote and onsite assistance to users. You will work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software challenges, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place. As an PowerBi SME you will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize Power BI solutions that support decision-making. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to be expert in visualization, analytics, and business intelligence. -Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports. -Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across Power BI solutions. -Providing training and guidance to teams on Power BI best practices. -Integrating Power BI with other data sources and platforms. -Monitoring and troubleshooting Power BI performance issues. -Staying updated on the latest Power BI features and industry trends. - Required active participation / contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of technical processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in PowerBi. Proficiency in Automation Architecture. - Good To Have Skills : Experience with Python on Azure. - Strong understanding of system-level troubleshooting and support. - Experience with various operating systems and server environments. - Familiarity with network protocols and hardware configurations. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automation Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
