5 rotational shift working from customer location at Bangalore with below skills :Key Responsibilities :
Taking ownership of customer issues escalated from L2 yeam and seeing problem through to resolution.Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.Professional and structured escalation approach of unresolved issues with vendor teams and internal teams.Maintenance of the system within the domain networkInstallation and deployment of OS and configuring the system.Familiar with ITIL – ServiceNow for Incident Management.Required Skills :
5+ years of experience in handling T3 technical support in Windows OS, O365 and M365 Apps .Windows Reimage (device enrollment) configuring work profilesMicrosoft Azure AD and GroupsWindows recovery and repair via CMD advanced diagnostics modeDevice encryption (Bitlocker device encryption)Crash plan backupSw Installations / uninstallationsO365 and M365 AppsOnedrive online and SharepointJoining machines over Azure ADWindows RegistryWorking with Group PoliciesRDPWired and Wireless AuthenticationAntivirus EnterpriseSound knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite troubleshooting
