Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electro-Mechanical / Assistant Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and manpower management of our site’s electro mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all critical equipment, maintain compliance with safety standards, and liaise with clients and government authorities.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of electro mechanical systems (Transformers, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, WTP / STP, firefighting systems, HT / LT panels).
Proven track record in preventive maintenance planning and AMC management.
Ability to prepare and present technical reports and operational metrics.
Knowledge of safety regulations and government compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, manpower management, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills for client and vendor interaction.
Proficiency in MS Office, maintenance management software, or ERP tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility or electro mechanical operations management.
Experience in handling large-scale MEP systems in commercial, Residentail , or infrastructure projects.
