• Facility Manager will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems ,and Soft services like HK,Canteen,Transport etc,to ensure optimal operating results. • Services will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and supporting the daily operations of the Campus and ensuring it is maintained to a high standard. He / She will have to liaison / manage / work with Government bodies, External service providers and internal departments to ensure the Campus runs smoothly without any disruption in compliance to all statutory regulations as required by the law. Will develop the strategy for the department and manage policies and processes to reach world class standards and set benchmark best practices
• Prepare and manage budgets of the department and optimize costs as required.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

Control, Canteen and Garden at the warehouse.

Pollution Control Board, Karnataka Ground Water Authority, Department of

Telecommunications, Department of Factories and Boilers, Fire Department, Local

Police both Traffic and Law & Order, Municipal office and others as required to keep the

Campus compliant to all statutory requirements and ensure smooth operations without

disruption.
