Regional Collections Manager

JOB PURPOSE : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and direct field collection operations for a large geographic region, managing multiple Area Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Agents. This senior leadership role focuses on implementing regional strategies to optimize debt recovery, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies. The Regional Manager is responsible for setting performance targets, managing resources, analyzing data, and ensuring that the region meets or exceeds its financial objectives. Additionally, the role involves mentoring Area Managers and maintaining effective communication with upper management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the region to meet collection goals and optimize performance.

• Regularly assess market trends, debtor behavior, and regional economic conditions to adjust strategies.
