We are seeking a Regional Collection Manager for our Wheels division located in Airoli, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collection processes within the region, ensuring that collections are carried out efficiently and effectively while managing a team of collection agents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies for the regional market.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Manage and lead the collections team, providing coaching and support.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve outstanding issues affecting collections.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and results for upper management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate collections.
