Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller Inbound Outbound. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing them with information about products and services, and resolving their queries and concerns. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on potential leads.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic data entry and computer skills
• Experience in telecalling or a similar role
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
