We’re building hobby groups where people come together to explore what they love, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can make that energy explode online.

💼 The Role

Title : Social Media Manager

Experience : 1–2 years (preferably with a brand)

Location : Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Compensation : ₹4–5 LPA (CTC)

You’ll be the voice and vibe of UnClub — crafting content, campaigns, and conversations that make people stop scrolling and show up.

From capturing our events to collaborating with editors and designers, you’ll make sure everything we do looks great, feels authentic, and goes out on time.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute UnClub’s social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, and more
• Create trending and conversation-worthy content — from reels and stories to posts, campaigns, and community moments
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and the founder to ensure content is timely, high-quality, and consistent
• Capture and curate on-ground event content that reflects UnClub’s energy
• Run and manage social media ads (Meta, YouTube, or LinkedIn) — optimize campaigns for reach and engagement
• Track engagement, experiment, and keep the content loop alive
• Build a tone that’s authentic, local, and playful — think Bengaluru energy, not brand jargon

🕒 Work Hours

This is not a strict 9-to-5 role.

You’ll have flexibility to work around event schedules — some days might be heavier (especially around weekends), while others are light.

Expect a mix of creative work + on-ground event coverage.
