Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand perception, recall, and preference across the projects in your market.
- Oversee the execution of 360 brand campaigns across digital, print, on-ground activations, and PR channels, ensuring consistent messaging and creative excellence.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing brand team, fostering creativity, ownership, and continuous development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, Creative, Project team to ensure alignment and synergy in all marketing efforts.
- Conduct market and competitive research to gain insights into consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive positioning for strategic decision-making.
- Track and report on brand performance metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and demonstrate ROI.
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintaining SOBHA's high standards across all internal and external communications.
- Drive innovation in brand storytelling, experiential marketing, and content strategies to engage modern, digitally savvy audiences.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.8–12 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or premium consumer sectors.Proven experience in team leadership and strategic brand planning.Preferred Qualities
