Mantras2success Consultants is seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in aligning HR strategies with business needs, managing critical HR operations from performance to compliance, and leveraging data for informed decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective talent management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Core HRBP Operations : Possess deep experience in working as an HR Business Partner, understanding core business needs, and strategically aligning HR initiatives accordingly. Demonstrate expertise in handling employee relations, talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Performance Management : Exhibit strong experience in setting up and executing robust performance management systems. Be familiar with performance appraisals, effective feedback systems, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and comprehensive employee development plans. Expertise in driving a high-performance culture within an organization is essential.
- Attrition Operations & Tools : Possess experience with attrition / employee turnover tracking, conducting thorough root cause analysis, and proactively addressing factors contributing to employee attrition. Demonstrate proficiency in using various tools and systems to accurately measure, predict, and manage attrition rates. Ability to implement effective initiatives to reduce turnover and retain key talent.
- Statutory Compliance : Possess in-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations, ensuring the company complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. Ability to monitor changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments to HR policies promptly.
- HR Analytics : Demonstrate strong skills in HR analytics, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret HR data for better, data-driven decision-making. Be proficient in tools like Excel, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and possibly more advanced data analysis platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Ability to use data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the HR function.
- RAG (Red-Amber-Green) Analysis : Possess experience using RAG status indicators to effectively monitor HR projects, employee performance, or other key metrics. Ability to assess situations quickly and provide actionable insights based on RAG assessments.
- Succession Planning : Demonstrate experience with developing and executing comprehensive succession planning strategies. Ability to identify high-potential employees and build robust talent pipelines for critical roles within the organization. Be familiar with talent reviews, leadership development programs, and employee retention strategies for key positions.
Key Competencies and Skills
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws, with beneficial exposure to international HR policies.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and diverse stakeholders.Proven experience in workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and effective grievance resolution.Proficiency in HRMS systems and various HR tools; familiarity with KPO / BPO industry metrics is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently.Perks & Benefits
