Job Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead CMDB Developer to join our dynamic ServiceNow project team.

This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of the client's Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of CMDB solutions while working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
• Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.
• Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow CMDB best practices and industry trends.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on CMDB functionalities and best practices.
