Job description

We're looking for a seasoned ServiceNow developer to spearhead platform enhancements and ensure it aligns with IT service management goals.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for a leading client in Dubai.

  • Design and build custom applications, workflows, and modules using ServiceNow.
  • Create bespoke widgets, UI policies, and portal configurations for the ServiceNow Service Portal.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need :

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • A solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module development.
  • Experience with system integrations, web services, and APIs.

    • This is a contract position with an initial duration of 12 months. We offer competitive compensation packages.
