Project Manager – Events | Full-Time | On-Site

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to join our dynamic team in Bangalore and take ownership of key event projects from concept to execution. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end event delivery, build strong client relationships, and ensure every project exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do

Manage all aspects of assigned event projects from planning to completion

Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans

Act as the main link between clients and the internal production team

Conduct venue recces with clients and production teams

Prepare and deliver compelling event presentations

Collaborate with and brief external agencies when required

Develop and manage detailed event checklists, timelines, and manpower plans

Create post-event reports and debriefs

Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for future business

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in

project or event management

Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven leadership and team management experience

Thrive in a

fast-paced, high-pressure environment

while maintaining quality

Proactive problem solver with great attention to detail

Team player who brings positivity and ownership to every project
