Role Overview
As the Brand Manager & Events Lead , you'll be at the heart of how IndiGo shows up across offline events, on-ground customer touchpoints, and high-impact experiences. This role combines creativity with execution, strategy with storytelling —and offers the opportunity to lead brand initiatives that leave a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation and delivery of key offline campaigns and events— a diverse role that includes product launches and on-ground brand activations on one side, and employee engagement programs on the other
- Drive the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, and owned channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Digital, PR, and commercial to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Partner with creative, media, and event agencies to bring campaigns and experiences to life.
- Monitor performance metrics and customer insights to refine and improve future brand initiatives.
- Uphold brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent look, feel, and voice.
- Represent IndiGo at industry forums, award shows, and branded platforms.
What We're Looking For
An MBA in Marketing or a related field.8+ years of experience in brand management and events.A strong portfolio of end-to-end campaign and event execution.Skills & Qualities That Set You Apart
