We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and motivate a high-performing telesales team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for driving the team to exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance feedback. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales techniques to ensure both individual and team success.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
- Lead and inspire a telesales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and constructive performance feedback to team members.
- Monitor sales calls to enhance sales techniques, ensure quality, and maintain compliance with all regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators ( KPIs ) to identify trends and implement effective strategies for improvement.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets and foster a positive, high-energy work environment.
- Ensure all team members are proficient in sales processes and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in insurance tele sales is required.Prior experience in a leadership or team management role.A Bachelor's degree is preferred.Skills
