Role Overview :

The Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization, cost efficiency, timely billing, and effective coordination between delivery, finance, and leadership teams. The role demands a proactive leader with strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills to drive project performance and profitability.

• Oversee project operations across all phases to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Manage resource allocation and deallocation aligned with project demand and timelines.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
