10+ years experience :
Experience in managing Customer for SAP Projects – Implementation, Support, Conversion. Migration & Strategic Staff Augmentation and will have the ability to work in collaboration with a variety of teams and business units (both internal & external). Responsible for managing program and maintaining a supportive, productive environment through effective leadership, while maintaining Productive relationship with the external & Internal Stakeholders .
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create & Nurture a Technological thought Leadership around the SAP ERP Products / Solutions.
- Work with the respective LOB / Product Architects / Stakeholders with a involved & continuous relationship, ensuring success of the existing & prospective engagements.
- Understanding requirements, help translate to a meaningful & winnable Solutions.
- Forecast Skills & requirements , come-up with an Operating model and execute along with the Internal teams.
- Support the Ongoing & prospective Sales Opportunities from a Presales & Solutioning perspective.
- Collaborate with Client Manager, Account Manager, Delivery Managers, leads and team members to review, identify, and resolve project challenges.
- Oversee budgets, quality standards, and audits in order to disseminate information to other team managers
- Cultivate strong relationships with Client’s Program Manager, Delivery lead(s) to Proactively forecast & negotiate, guide on Best Practises
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's DegreeStrong Client Relationship Management & Stakeholder Management while working closely with the Delivery Teams.SAP ECC, S4HANA Implementation, Development & Support experience
