Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive. Based in Pune, this position involves engaging with potential and existing clients to meet sales targets, pitching financial products, generating leads, and conducting market research. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. A flexible work arrangement permits occasional work-from-home opportunities.
Qualifications
Sales and customer relationship management skills.
Market research, lead generation, and strategic planning abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of financial products and services, including lending, insurance, and wealth advisory.
Ability to work in a hybrid work setup, managing time effectively between in-office and remote tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in the financial industry or similar sales roles is advantageous.
