Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives who can work on-ground and meet dealers / distributors daily to generate orders and expand our network.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing dealers and collect orders
• Ensure product availability and timely delivery
• Identify and onboard new dealers / distributors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Track competitor activities and report market trends

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–5 years of experience in field sales
• Candidates from Cement, Plywood, Laminates, Roofing, Steel, Doors & Windows, Decor, Building Materials industries are preferred
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Local language fluency preferred

Not Eligible

• Candidates from Finance, Banking, Showroom or Indoor Sales backgrounds will not be considered

• Food Allowance : 175 / day
