RESPONSIBILITIES :

️Developing Working Drawings (WD), Municipal Drawings (MD), detail drawings, and presentation decks.

️Conducting regular site visits to monitor design execution and resolve on-site challenges.

️Liaising with civic authorities to ensure timely approvals and smooth project flow.

️Applying a sound understanding of UDCPR and NMMC regulations in documentation and design.

️Coordinating directly with clients and consultants to bring projects from vision to reality.

️Contributing to prestigious commercial, residential, and institutional projects.

️Work closely with senior architects and consultants to support project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS :

️Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related fields.

️Experienceof 1-2 years is mandatory

️Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office.

️Willingness to travel for site visits and authority meetings.

️Well-versed in local municipal norms and approval processes.

️Organized, proactive, and comfortable working on fast-paced, large-scale projects.
