Role : Junior / Intern Architect

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented architecture graduates / interns to join our growing team. This role will provide exposure to real-time redevelopment, township planning, and high-rise design under experienced architects and project consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptual and working drawings , 2D / 3D visualizations, and presentation layouts.
• Support in preparing municipal drawings, approvals, and documentation (DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, NMMC, MCGM norms).
• Coordinate with consultants for structural, MEP, and landscape inputs .
• Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports.
• Research materials, design trends, and innovative solutions.

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office (knowledge of Lumion / Enscape is a plus).
• Basic understanding of building bye-laws, redevelopment policies, and architectural detailing .
• Strong design sense, drafting skills, and attention to detail .
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Eligibility

• B.Arch graduates / pursuing final year of architecture.
• Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in redevelopment / high-rise projects will be an advantage.
