Junior Architect (Fresher)

Location : Navi Mumbai (Candidates from Navi Mumbai or with prior background working in Navi Mumbai will be preferred)

Experience : Fresher – up to 1 year (Internship / academic project experience considered)

Qualification : B.Arch (Council of Architecture Registered / Awaiting Registration)

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in design development, presentations, and working drawings.
• Support in preparing architectural plans, 3D views, and interior design concepts.
• Work on documentation related to UDCPR / DCPR norms under guidance.
• Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and vendors.
• Contribute creative ideas for architecture and interior design projects.

Key Skills

• Strong design sense and knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion .
• Understanding of building by-laws, high-rise building concepts, and basic structural coordination.
• Good communication & teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in real estate & redevelopment projects.
