Position : Junior Architect

Job Location : Mumbai (Chembur)

Qualification :

Bachelors Degree in Architecture

Job Responsibilities :

• Attend all key project meetings, to communicate and coordinate with the client teams, representatives & engineers, as directed by the project manager and seniors.
• Analyse architectural designs and plans, will require to prepare building sections, elevation options, schedules and other design documents required for each phase of a project and seniors.
• Contribution will require in concept design, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation, mood boards in consultation with seniors.
• Coordinate the interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team and ensures effective transfer of information between the two.
• Assist in research and coordination of materials and products, as per project’s amenity and specifications.
