Job descriptionInteract with store customers. Present tasting notes and product origins. Facilitate product tastings. Collect structured feedback / data regarding gifting preferences. Ensure accurate information dissemination. Customer Insights : Rich, on-ground data regarding gifting behavior and product preferences for use in future product development and marketing. Brand Perception : Improved brand connection via informed ambassadors who communicate unique product qualities. Talent Pipeline : Early identification of promising interns eligible for full-time opportunities.
About the Role : Objectives
- Understand customer preferences during festive gifting through direct engagement and feedback.
- Educate customers on our product range, including tasting notes and origin stories, through sample tastings.
- Increase brand awareness and drive sales during Diwali via personalized interactions.
- Identify and develop young talent who may be suitable for future organizational roles.
