About the Role : Objectives

  • Understand customer preferences during festive gifting through direct engagement and feedback.
  • Educate customers on our product range, including tasting notes and origin stories, through sample tastings.
  • Increase brand awareness and drive sales during Diwali via personalized interactions.
  • Identify and develop young talent who may be suitable for future organizational roles.

Job Description :

  • Interact with store customers.
  • Present tasting notes and product origins.
  • Facilitate product tastings.
  • Collect structured feedback / data regarding gifting preferences.
  • Ensure accurate information dissemination.
  • Customer Insights : Rich, on-ground data regarding gifting behavior and product preferences for use in future product development and marketing.
  • Brand Perception : Improved brand connection via informed ambassadors who communicate unique product qualities.
  • Talent Pipeline : Early identification of promising interns eligible for full-time opportunities.

    Good communication and inter-personal skills, focus on timelines, engagement with project / process owners
