Key Responsibilities :
Business Growth & Strategy – Define and implement aggressive growth strategies for the Bangalore branch; achieve Karnataka order intake targets across all product segments.
Sales & Market Development – Drive business expansion through customer acquisition, dealer appointments, and market penetration; independently manage customer meetings, negotiations, and order finalization.
Team Leadership & Development – Lead and mentor the sales, service, and accounts team; set yearly targets, monitor performance, and ensure ongoing training, development, and engagement.
Customer & Dealer Management – Build strong customer and dealer relationships; oversee performance agreements (MOUs), resolve order execution issues, and manage warranty and service complaints.
Commercial & Financial Management – Handle commercial terms, tendering, and contract processes; ensure timely
