ILS Training Speacilist

As the ILS Training Specialist, you will design and deliver specialised technical training across the organisation's modern naval platforms. Your work will directly influence capability development, operational readiness, and technical competence across the fleet.

Key responsibilities include :

• Create and deliver training across propulsion, power generation, auxiliary systems and complex shipborne engineering equipment
• Develop and update training documentation, procedures, lesson plans, and instructional materials
• Assess third-party training content for accuracy and suitability
• Support the design and development of training media, simulations, and equipment
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, training, and project teams to ensure alignment with program deliverables
• Track progress and drive continuous improvement within the training function

You will thrive in a maritime or defence environment and bring a blend of technical expertise and instructional capability.
