About the role
As our new Training Specialist , you’ll design and deliver structured, role-based training programs for our Workplace Services teams. These teams provide general advice and support to members and employers via face-to-face, phone, email and live chat channels. You’ll create induction programs, develop ongoing training modules, and support individual learning plans, ensuring our people are confident, compliant, and equipped to deliver high-quality service.
You’ll work closely with our Enablement and Knowledge Management teams, using data insights and feedback to identify skill gaps and training opportunities. Your work will span hybrid delivery formats, including in-person sessions and virtual learning, with occasional travel to support our national team.
