Who we’re looking for :

We want passionate clinicians and operators with experience in austere environments to join our Dynamic Environment Services Training Team . You’ll deliver high-intensity, scenario-based training to a wide range of clients – from government agencies to humanitarian responders – and play a vital role in helping people prepare for the unpredictable.

You’ll ideally have :

• Clinical experience in paramedicine, emergency nursing, military medicine, or similar
• Experience in clinical practice within wilderness, remote, austere or tactical settings
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Professional, enthusiastic, and driven by purpose
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE41010 / 40116 / 40122) – or willingness to obtain (we also have roles that do not require this)
• Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to get them)
• Previous military experience with recent operational deployments (desirable)
• Experience in the mental health space (a strong asset)
