A dynamic and strategic Sales Leader to drive business growth for one of our key business units (confidential) within Schneider Electric. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end sales operations, channel development, and key account management
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the regional sales operations across Pan India, driving business performance and market share growth.
- Manage the P&L for the assigned region, with direct accountability for revenue of large size.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, including pricing, channel expansion, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations for seamless business execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives for sustainable and profitable growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales effectiveness
