Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Analytics Sales to lead business growth in the assigned region. The role involves driving sales of analytics solutions, managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and leading a regional sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive sales strategy and business development for analytics products and solutions in the region.
Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across industries (BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers.
Understand client business challenges and position analytics solutions (BI, Data Warehousing, AI / ML, Predictive Analytics, etc.) to meet their needs.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and account management.
Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling solution demonstrations and proposals.
Track competition and market trends to align business strategies accordingly.
Manage and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
4–12 years of sales experience in IT / Analytics / SaaS solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets.
Strong understanding of data analytics, BI, AI / ML, cloud-based analytics platforms, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and CXO-level engagement skills.
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple accounts, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
