HyFun is a leading Indian brand in Frozen Food with an export presence in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Secretarial and Legal Team.

Job Title : Executive - Company Secretary (CS)

Form DIR-12 will be filed in one of the group Company

Location : Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Joining : Immediate / As per availability

Eligibility : CS Fresher (ICSI Membership is must)

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and periodic updating of secretarial records, including statutory registers, meeting minutes, and board resolutions.
• Support the drafting and dissemination of notices, agendas, and minutes for Board and General Meetings.
• Coordinate and provide assistance with ROC filings and other statutory submissions in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
• Contribute to the execution of event-based and annual compliance activities for group entities.
• Help manage compliance calendars to ensure timely adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the drafting of legal agreements, regulatory disclosures, and internal reporting documents.
• Monitor developments in corporate laws and SEBI regulations and aid in the implementation of required changes.
• Liaise with internal departments, external advisors, and regulatory authorities as necessary.
• Support the preparation of documentation and data for due diligence processes and audit reviews.
